D.A.S.H. works at the intersection of people, leadership, culture, relationships, and organizational strategy—helping individuals and organizations build the awareness, capacity, and successful habits required to turn insight into action and sustain meaningful change.

With more than 30 years of experience, D.A.S.H. has worked across nonprofit, philanthropic, healthcare, corporate, cultural, educational, civic, government, and community environments. The practice combines organizational consulting expertise with executive leadership experience, governance knowledge, leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and community-centered perspective.
